Does it work?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) has benefited millions globally, addressing a variety of problems. It's recognised for its multiple awards and is growing annually in the field of therapeutic treatments. RTT is known for being straightforward, natural, effective, safe, and its success is well-documented.

How does it feel?

In a hypnotic state, you experience deep tranquility, which can differ each time and from person to person. Some describe it as a state of profound relaxation or a dreamy, weightless sensation, similar to being in a deep daydream. You maintain awareness and control throughout. With specialised methods, I will ensure your comfort and safety as we explore memories related to any trauma or issue. My approach involves gently exploring these experiences to understand the emotions, interpretations, and beliefs that arose at that time.

Where do sessions take place?

I warmly welcome you to join me for therapy sessions in my consultation room in Lincolnshire, or for added convenience, you can opt for online sessions conducted through Zoom, which requires nothing more than a stable internet connection. Participating in sessions through Zoom provides an experience just as impactful as in-person meetings, allowing you the convenience of remaining in the comfort of your own home. This eliminates the cost and hassle of travel, ensuring you can focus fully on your therapeutic journey without compromise.

This flexible method ensures that you can begin your path to personal growth from any location around the globe, seamlessly integrating therapy into your life.

How long does it take?

For numerous concerns, a one-month period is often enough to bring about the change you're seeking. However, for more complex challenges, a program lasting two or three months may be required. Typically, an RTT session lasts around 180 minutes, although this can vary depending on the individual case.

Am I awake during session?

Rest assured, throughout the RTT session, you will find yourself in a beautifully relaxed state of heightened self-awareness, while always remaining completely in control. My role is to ensure your comfort and security are prioritised at all times, making the experience as beneficial, reassuring and successful as possible.

What should I expect?

RTT utilises hypnosis to induce a state of focused calmness. Throughout, you stay awake, fully cognisant, in control as I monitor and ensure your ongoing comfort and safety throughout the session. The notion of being trapped in hypnosis is unfounded, this will not happen, you are most likely to feel a gentle and tranquil feeling of deep relaxation. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis.

How does RTT differ from traditional therapy?

Contrary to traditional therapy, which can extend over years, RTT is crafted to bring about significant changes in just a few sessions. It taps into the subconscious mind to uncover the root causes of both psychological and physical challenges. Utilising the recognised RTT toolkit enables us to reframe outdated beliefs, thereby laying the groundwork for personalised transformations. Such transformations can be profound and may lead to changes that are deeply resonant and long-lasting.

What types of issues can RTT help with?

RTT is effective for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, confidence issues, physical ailments, cancer, menopause, fear of public speaking, and chronic pain, among many others. Its versatility makes it a powerful tool for many psychological and physical conditions.

What happens in an RTT session?

An RTT session typically begins with Penny guiding you into a deeply relaxed and comfortable state of hypnosis. Then, through regression techniques, you'll possibly revisit (but not relive) past experiences to uncover the root cause of your issue. Penny will help you understand and reframe these past events, leading to a therapeutic release. The session concludes with the creation of a beautiful personalised transformational recording to listen to for at least 21 days to embed the new positive beliefs.

Is RTT safe?

Yes, RTT is a safe therapy method. It's conducted in a controlled, supportive environment by your trained RTT Therapist. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, and you remain in control throughout the session.

How long does it take to see results from RTT?

Results from an RTT session can be immediate for some, while for others, changes unfold over the course of several days or weeks. The speed of results varies by individual and issue and client commitment to listen to the personal recording for at least 21 days is essential, but the therapy is designed to produce quick and lasting change.
